  • Ivey

Blue Ivy is the first Blue colored Pomeranian that we have seen. Blue Ivy will be 6 years old next month and weighs 8.4 pounds. She is getting adjusted to being an inside girl after living outside her entire life. Blue Ivy loves her humans and is starting to play with the other dogs and toys. She will need a home where she is not crated but a baby gate to section her off when not home is fine.

Blue Ivy is happiest in your arms, lap, and sleeping in the big bed. Her foster family is leash training her and working with her on house manners. The fosters say she is really liking the indoor life! She is spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for heart worm disease, microchipped, and had a dental. She has an adoption fee of $200 and is so worthy of a better life than she had. If you are interested in Blue Ivy, apply for adoption by completing the 4 PAGE APPLICATION below. • Tana

Montana (Tana) is a 1 Year Old Long Haired Chihuahua or Papillon that weighs only 4 pounds. Tana has had such a long hard journey. It's hard to comprehend her strength, will to live, ability to push herself onward, and all with the most precious attitude. Tana was found in a ditch and was taken to a shelter. OH WOW IS RIGHT. This is where her journey began with MSP. She appeared deformed in her back legs but she was able to move like a rocket and jump off anything she wanted. The orthopedic surgeon examined her and took X Rays. Her RIGHT leg had been badly broken in the past and vet care was never sought!!

The pain this poor girl endured is unfathomable. Tana learned how to use that gimpy leg to the best of her ability. After seeking 2 opinions, the consensus was that there was NOTHING that could be done for the RIGHT leg. Tana's LEFT leg was a grade 4 floating kneecap and could be surgically straightened. We felt this was best to increase her quality of life and worth the thousands of dollars. After the healing started and she started bearing weight on the foot, her paw began turning inward so the rescue sought out physical therapy.

It was very beneficial. Therapy strengthened her hips and gave her the help she needed to adjust to her new straight leg. She is now ready to spay, have retained baby teeth removed, and have a tiny hernia repaired this week. Tana wants a family with NO small children, a home with very few stairs, and no dogs weighing more than 15 pounds. The rescue would like a family experienced with tiny fragile dogs to love her and keep Tana safe. Tana is a trooper and sooooooo deserves a good forever. She will be ready for a loving home soon and has an adoption fee of $350. If you are interested in Tana, apply for adoption by completing the 4 PAGE APPLICATION below. We will select the best home for this precious girl based on her needs.
